PATIENT BACKGROUND:

This patient is a 33-year-old female interested in breast and body contouring surgery.  She had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy a year ago and has lost over 100 pounds.  With that much weight loss, her breasts have deflated.

She is currently a C-cup and wishes to go up to a nice full, round, DD-Cup. With that much weight loss, as well as her pregnancies, she has been left with quite a bit of loose skin on the abdomen.  She is hoping to achieve a figure closer to what she had prior to her weight gain, weight loss, and pregnancies. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds.

PROCERDURE(S):

  • Augmentation mastopexy
  • Tummy tuck 

OUTCOME:

1 year checkup and Her abdomen looks fantastic.  Her breasts look fantastic as well standing up.
