PATIENT BACKGROUND:

This patient is a 29-year-old female interested in breast and body contouring surgery.  She has had 2 children.  During those pregnancies, she gained quite a bit of weight.  She has been able to get rid of much of it and hopes to lose some more but does not like the excess skin that she has leftover from pregnancies.  In addition to hoping to achieve a weight closer to what she had prior to her pregnancy, she wants breast contouring as well.  She is currently a B-cup, and wishes to go up to something with more upper pole fullness and roundness, but avoiding anything overdone. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 172 pounds.
