PATIENT BACKGROUND: This determined 33-year-old female interested in body contouring surgery after massive weight loss. One year prior she underwent gastric sleeve surgery. With that procedure, she lost an outstanding 170 pounds. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and now weighs 143 pounds. However, with that much weight loss and her two previous pregnancies, she was left with a significant amount of excess skin of the abdomen. After all that hardwork she looked to Dr. Mariotti to help her look as good as she feels now.
PROCEDURE:
FOLLOWUP/OUTCOME: Only 5 days post surgery and this motivated woman is looking fantastic and is standing nearly straight up in such little time. 1 month on during a followup and she “is happy with her early results.” 3 months after surgery and pictures don’t lie … her results simply could not be any better. What a great ending to her massive weight loss journey.
