PATIENT BACKGROUND: This 40 something female was referred to Dr. Mariotti from another one of his patients. She is interested in a breast lift.  She is currently a 36 double D-cup, and is hoping to have mainly perkier and lifted breasts an perhaps even slightly smaller. She’s had 2 children, both of whom she breast-fed. At one point, she was much larger chested but following the pregnancies and with some weight loss, her breasts have deflated.
