PATIENT BACKGROUND: This mother in her late 40’s  is  interested in breast augmentation surgery. She is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.  She is currently a B-cup, and wishes to go up to a full C-cup. She wants more volume, as well as upper pole fullness, while at the same time avoiding that overdone appearance.

PROCEDURE(S): Bilateral submuscular breast augmentation (with Silicone Gel Implants

OUTCOME: Two and a half months post surgery and it is hard for her result to be any better
