PATIENT BACKGROUND:  This tall and slender woman is in her late 20’s and is interested in a  breast augmentation.  She currently has 34 a cup breasts, and wishes to go up to something in the C-cup range. She wants more volume, as well as upper pole fullness, while at the same time avoiding that overdone appearance.

PROCEDURE:  Bilateral submuscular breast augmentation (with Silicone Gel Implants)

OUTCOME: Three months post surgery and her results are fantastic!
