Patient Background: This young woman in her early twenties consulted Dr. Mariotti for breast augmentation surgery.  She is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She was originally an A-cup but wished to increase her breast size to a the  large B small C-cup range. She wanted more volume, as well as upper pole fullness, while at the same time avoiding that overdone appearance.

Procedure:

Bilateral submuscular breast augmentation

Follow up: Two and a half months after the procedure and she looks fantastic and loves the results!
