PATIENT BACKGROUND: This 34 -year-old female consulted Dr. Mariotti to for breast and body contouring surgery. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall. Through diet and exercise, she has lost 80 pounds and hopes to lose another 20. With that much weight loss, as well as having had 2 kids, her breasts are droopy and she has quite a bit of loose skin on her abdomen. She is currently a G cup and wants to go down to something in the D-cup, or double D-cup. She has never had but has always wished for perky breasts.
