PATIENT BACKGROUND: This unwavering 50 year old woman has lost an incredible 91 pounds! Just over three years prior to the initial consult she underwent a vertical sleeve gastrectomy. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and now weighs 121 pounds. She has consulted Dr. Mariotti and is interested in breast, arm lift and body contouring surgery following her massive weight loss. After so much success, she is however, now unhappy with her sagging breasts and arms, the loose skin under her armpit, as well as her abdomen and buttocks.
PROCEDURE:
FOLLOW UP/OUTCOME: 5 days post op and all her dressings and steri strips were removed and her incision lines look great. Just under 2 and 1/2 months and a couple more follow ups, she is looking quite good as the photos show! The contour of her arms are nice and tight and her breast look fantastic. She looks and feels amazing and will now continue her journey and begin preparation for lower body contouring – a lower body lift (aka a belt lipectomy) –  surgery with Dr. Mariotti.
