PATIENT BACKGOUND: This gentleman in his late 30’s consulted Dr. Mariotti for a tummy tuck. He is 6 feet tall and currently weighs 186 pounds. Over the course of 10 years or so, he had lost over 100 pounds through diet and exercise. Despite that much exercise, he could not get rid of the loose skin of his abdomen.
