PATIENT BACKGROUND: This 20 something young woman consulted Dr. Mariotti for breast and body contouring surgery.  She had a gastric sleeve lost 165 pounds.  After such dramatic weight loss she was left with of excess skin of the abdomen, hips and thighs and deflation of her breasts. She is 5 feet 9 inches tall weighs 155 pounds
