PATIENT BACKGROUND: This woman in her early 40s consulted Dr. Mariotti for breast and body contouring following her 100 pound weight loss. She had a gastric sleeve in June 2016 and rapidly lost her weight. With that much weight loss, she had been left with drooping of her breasts, loose skin of her arms abdomen and hips. She has had 3 children, all of whom she breast-fed. She is hoping to achieve a figure at least somewhat close to what she had prior to her pregnancies and weight gain and subsequent weight loss. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 138 pounds.
