PATIENT BACKGROUND:

This patient is a 38-year-old female interested in body contouring after massive weight loss.  In 2014, she underwent a duodenal switch procedure in San Francisco.  Subsequently, she has lost approximately 140 pounds.  With that much weight loss, she has developed quite a bit of excess skin all over, but what bothers her the most is the excess skin of her abdomen.  She has also noticed that she has developed a hernia above her bellybutton.  She is hoping to have this fixed at the same time.
