PATIENT BACKGROUND:

This patient is a 40-year-old female interested in breast and body contouring.  She has had 3 children, and relatively recently has lost 125 pounds through diet and exercise.  With that much weight loss, as well as her 3 pregnancies, she has been left with a significant amount of loose skin of the lower abdomen.   She is hoping to lose even more weight prior to proceeding with surgery. She is 5 feet 4-1/2 inches tall and weighs 207 pounds.

OUTCOME:

At her 3 month visit and she looks great. When I put her before and after photographs next to each other, they look absolutely fantastic.
