This 29-year-old woman came to Dr. Mariotti’s practice when she was researching breast augmentation surgeons, as many women in Danville, Walnut Creek and Concord do. She was wearing a B-cup and wished to go up to something in the full C-cup or small D-cup.
After trying on multiple sizers at her preoperative appointment, she chose 375cc Moderate Profile Plus silicone gel implants under the muscle via an incision in the fold of the breast. She was really hoping for some more upper pole fullness while avoiding going too big. She has not had children yet, so one of her concerns is being able to breast feed in the future. Nervous about having surgery, she did quite a bit of research on breast augmentation even before her consultation.
