Patient Background: This gorgeous woman in her early forties consulted Dr. Mariotti for breast augmentation surgery. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 136 pounds. She is a mother of two and with those pregnancies she lost some of the fullness in her breasts. She was a large A-cup and wished to increase her breast size to something in the C-cup range. She deserired more volume, as well as upper pole fullness, while at the same time avoiding an overdone appearance.

Procedure:

Bilateral submuscular breast augmentation

Follow up:  Three months later and her she is overjoyed with the results.
