PATIENT BACKGROUND: This yummy mummy is 36 years old and has two lovely children.  She was recommended by one of Dr. Mariotti’s patients and MSpa member that herself achieved amazing Mommy Makeover results.  Not unlike many mothers, following her pregnancies she has developed deflation of her breasts, as well as loose skin of the abdomen. She is hoping to achieve some of the figure that she had prior to her pregnancies. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She is currently a C-cup and wishes to go up a size to a D or possibly DD cup, while avoiding any overdone appearance yet regaining some upper pole volume.

PROCEDURE:

1. Bilateral Silicone Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy
2. Abdominoplasy  – (Tummy Tuck)
3. Liposuction of the upper outer hips and outer thighs and posterior aspect of the inner thighs prone
4. Liposuction of the anterior inner thighs supine

FOLLOW UP/OUTCOME: 4 days after her Mommy Makeover and she is doing exceptionally well.  She is standing nearly straight up without a problem! She informed Dr. Mariotti that she hasn’t needed any pain medication in the past couple days and is feeling good.  3 months post op and She looks absolutely fantastic.  All of her incisions are healed nicely.  Her breasts are soft and they are sitting in a great position.  1 year on during a followup she states that it has been a “ life changer.” Amazing. Don’t you want to look this good too?
