PATIENT BACKGROUND: This delightful and energetic 49-year-old female is a mother of one. With that pregnancy, as well as a significant amount of weight gain and weight loss, she was left with quite a bit of loose skin of the mid, and lower abdomen. She consulted Dr. Mariotti to discuss a tummy tuck and the possibility of tightening of the skin around her neck. She was hoping to achieve a figure closer to what she had prior to her pregnancy. She was not as concerned with the mid and upper facial aging, but really did not like the loss of definition resulting from the loose skin around her neck.
3 months post op and she got her wish, the results are just amazing!
